You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact MRKSHI within the withdrawal period by a clear statement, for example via email or our customer support.

Returns are sent to our return location in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

For a normal return following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Customers arrange and pay for the return shipment themselves. We strongly recommend using a tracked and adequately insured shipping service.

Contact MRKSHI before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

After withdrawal, eligible payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact MRKSHI before returning it.

Statutory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected.

Where MRKSHI is legally responsible for the defect or incorrect delivery, the necessary return costs will be borne by MRKSHI in accordance with applicable law.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable.

In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's individual specifications or clearly personalized, where the statutory requirements for this exception are met.

Do not classify ordinary standard-size or standard-color products as personalized solely because they are prepared after an order.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable German or European Union law.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at the maximum of approximately the standard parcel shipping rate from your location to Germany.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
