When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, brand, email, optional phone, product type, volume, destination country, project brief, preferred language, and technical metadata (referrer, user agent, UTM tags). This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your explicit consent. Retention: 24 months from last interaction.

2. Visitor Analytics (with consent)

With your explicit consent (cookie banner), we log anonymous page views, referrer, browser language, screen size, and UTM tags. We do not store IP addresses in a personally identifiable way. No cross-site tracking, no third-party ad networks. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / ePrivacy). You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share with: (a) hosting infrastructure providers under data processing agreements, (b) WhatsApp / Telegram if you initiate a chat. No transfers to non-adequate jurisdictions without standard contractual clauses.
